Hello, I'm Emily , the Founder and Creator of Silk and Stitch.  

What started as a small hobby during the days of COVID-19 from making my own clothes, it has now turned into my small business. After moving into a new home in 2023, I really struggled to find homewares that suited my interior style. Then E.G Studios was born. 

E.G Studios was the starting point of my journey in 2023 after having to quickly find a name for my craft ahead of a Christmas fair. 

Following that Christmas fair, my first order came in and I kept the momentum going. However, I was never happy with the name, it didn't acknowledge my craft so at the start of 2025, I rebranded and launched Silk & Stitch.

It is a labour of love and a creative journey, I absolutely love sewing and being able to create something physical from a thought in someones head. it brings me great joy.

We strive to provide the best possible service and experience to our customers to assist them with injecting their personality into their homes. Beautifully handcrafted items for all occasions. Our services are focused around you, the client, and it's as simple as that.

We offer a wide range of high quality bespoke products from something as small as a pair of oven gloves to full window treatments. All our products are handmade in the UK by us.
