Please read these terms and conditions ("Terms") carefully before using Silk & Stitch services (the "Service") operated by Silk & Stitch ("us", "we", or "our").

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service.

Silk & Stitch provides a wide range of bespoke homemade items for a verity of home projects. By using our Service, you agree to abide by any additional guidelines or rules provided by us.

If there are fees associated with the use of our Service, you agree to pay all fees and charges in accordance with the billing terms in effect at the time of payment. Failure to pay may result in the termination of your access to the Service.

To access certain features of the Service, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer or device.

Any content added, created, uploaded, submitted, distributed, or posted to the Service by users (collectively "User Content") is the sole responsibility of the person who originated such User Content.

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Silk & Stitch.

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.

In no event shall Silk & Stitch, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your use or inability to use the Service; (ii) any unauthorised access to or use of our secure servers and/or any personal information stored therein.

These terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
